This remodel project includes converting an existing parking lot into a large exterior patio with a stage and multiple seating styles that can be rented as a separate even area for private parties, a walk-up window, a "Grab'n'Go" section near the point of sale and a smaller amount of seating in the interior public area. The owners took advantage of the climate in Arizona to create a spacious and inviting outdoor area, in part in response to the Covid situation.
